I bought a pair of draggin jeans at the beginning of 2011. Since then I have had a couple of spills. I'm a returned rider. I am very happy with your product! The fit is great, comfortable and protection in a slide does the job.
The first slide was on dirt and my right knee copped a nice slide burn. Much worse if I had not been wearing the jeans. Was not wearing lower body armor. The outer denim material on the right knee ended up with a small 1.5inch triangle tear. Kevlar material was not breached.
Recently I went for another slide this time on a sealed road surface. Was wearing lower body armour and Draggin jeans. No lower body injury although I did get another larger tear in the right knee area of the jeans again. Separate tear to previous one.

I would like to thank you for making such a high quality product and saving my skin last November. I purchased a pair of Draggin Jeans about 4 years ago and between two road bikes have travelled the best part of 40,000km in them.
In November 2011, my Draggin Jeans were called upon to perform the job I purchased them for when I came off by bike in the wet on a straight stretch of road after I hit a patch of water and aquaplaned out of control. I was doing 90kmph and hit the ground on my back, skidding 50 metres or more before I came to an unceremonial halt in the middle of the road.
My jeans performed admirably, preventing me from receiving any marks on my legs from the friction on the road surface. The denim remained in tact, with two small holes on the seam on the left side of my leg, showing the kevlar panel underneath.

Dear Draggin Jeans

I want to thank you for a truly wonderful product which literally saved my skin after coming off my motorcycle recently.
I treated myself to a pair of black draggin jeans from 'getgeared' retailer in Surrey, England back in 2009. They have been used regularly during dry weather riding ever since.
Back on 5th October 2011, i decided to go out for a ride on my Honda CBR1000F, taking in the beautiful country roads around the County of Kent in South East England.
Mid afternoon, i headed back home and whilst progressing through several bends and twisty roads, the back wheel lost traction and threw me off. I was knocked unconcious, but fortunately only sustained a minor graze on my back.
Upon coming round to full conciousness, my bike had suffered only cosmetic damage, but to my amazement, my draggin jeans had only suffered a minor 'scuff' to the rear left pocket along the stitching.The fitted knee and hip armour had saved me from impact injuries and the high quality of the product overall prevented serious injuries to my legs.

My sincere thanks for a fantastic product which lives up to its claims.

Last wednesday (3rd August2011) i ordered, by phone, a pair of draginjeans for my wife, we needed them for a ride leaving on friday morning, you promised that the jeans would arrive here in coastal NSW before we departed, (to be truthfull, i doubted that promise).
so how suprised was I when at 8am on Thursday morning (thats Thursday THE VERY NEXT DAY, THURSDAY) the jeans arrived...

Hey there. My name is Monica Hill, and I have recently been in an accident involvong me on my bike versus a truck, which ended up with me in hospital for a few days. I was very lucky though, and escaped with abrasions and lacerations to my hip and arm. I count myself lucky that I was wearing my Draggin Jeans gear at the time, and think that it was the reason that I got off so lightly. Sadly, all of my much-loved gear had to be cut off of me by the ambulance crew, and my bike is totalled, but if/when I get the confidence to get back on the road again, I will definately be looking to outfit myself in more of your gear. I just wanted to say how much I love your slix jeans and that they literally saved my ass!!

I was indecisive as to whether I should buy a pair or not, after buying my very first bike. I had all the other gear but wasnt sure if Draggin's were necessary, and I needed to save up a bit more cash if I wanted them. Anyway, I bit the bullet and bought a pair. Super comfortable, pretty warm and dry and looked very cool.

It seems I bought them just in time, as a week later I had my first off. I was going 60km along riversdale road when a hail storm hit. I moved into the left lane, over tram tracks, but didnt compensate for the now very icy, tram tracks. I went down on my left side, skidded across the 2 lanes on my side with the weight of the bike on my left leg. I managed to stop myself skidding with my head hitting the kerb!!!

My bike has $3500 worth of damage, my helmet and jacket are screwed, boots and gloves fine, but my brand new draggins are ripped and melted(?!)on my left leg. HOWEVER! My skin underneath them was totally fine, just bruised from the weight of the bike. They literally saved my skin!

I'm sure you hear stories like this all the time, so I wont go on! Time to start saving for another pair, I certainly wont be getting on my bike until I do!

Why didn't somebody tell me?
After much research and heartache I bought myself a Draggin denim jacket from my local bike shop. The helpful lady at the shop tried her hardest to talk me OUT of buying the jacket but I had made my mind up. She wanted me to buy leather, or some plastic thing but in the end I got myself an indigo coloured jacket which I was very proud of.
All I really wanted to sa about it is that it is simply the most comfortable motorcycle jacket that I have ever worn. I have tried expensive leathers and synthetics but in the comfort stakes, nothing comes close to my new Draggin. It is soft and breathes wonderfully and works just so well with the bike. I plan not to test it but if I ever do, I believe that it will perform wonderfully as it is obviously so well put together.

I was recently involved in a bad accident on my bike, I sneezed as i went into a bend at 100 mph, lost my line, lost control, hit a sign post and slid about 50 metres up the road, i recieved several injuries including a severed big toe,a broken foot, broken ankle and a broken hand.
But thankfully no gravel rash, this i can only put down to the best £90 i've ever spent, My draggin jeans, and i would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for such an excellent product, one which not only saved me from a serious amount of gravel rash, but one which has survived (apart from a ripped off back pockrt ) to be worn another day, I shall wear my jeans with great pride and confidence, once again thanks for such an excellent pair of jeans,

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for sending me a replacement pair of cargos - they fit great and I can see that they will be better wearing than my previous pair.

I am very impressed that this even happened and i'm glad i contacted Draggin about my faulty cargos - i really wasn't happy with them and therefore the brand... which wasn't fair, as i guess i just had a bunk pair. I have restored faith in this product and I thank you for your time and effort!!

Hi Guys, Just bought a pair of Biker Stretch jeans today and I am so happy with them I just had to let you know. The fit is fantastic, much better than the standard jean. It's like they were made to measure just for me. You could even wear them when not riding that's how good they are. Also very comfortable. Thanks. I'm really pleased.

After 5 years of use, and 70 thousand plus kays of riding , my poor old Draggins jeans where starting to show signs of wear and tear and fading. Cant really complain, i rode half way around Australia in them , took them to the States on a ride around Califoria, and lots of other Interstate trips , and general scratching around . I went to Draggins Jeans website, and wrote a comment about how my Draggin Jeans where still serving me well after 5 years riding . About 4 weeks ago i got a Phone call from Draggin Jeans, thanking me for the comments i made about there product . They offered to refurbish my Jeans, to re dye the fabric, which i accepted with joy. Got my Draggin jeans back in the post today, plus a bonus Tee Shirt , and the fabric looks like near new again! Thanks Draggin Jeans for going way beyond the call of duty.

I just bought today my new Draggin Jeans and went for a ride. It was a sunny, windy and rainy day all in one.
Lucky I had my new Jeans. I wouldn't wanna miss it anymore.

Hi my name is Steve from Woodcroft, South Australia. Five years ago in 2005, I got back into Motorcycling, after a long absence from motorbikes. When purchasing the motorcycle, I also purchased riding gear, which included a pair of Draggin Jeans. After five years of covering near on 70,000 kilometres. I've got to say, the Draggin Jeans are still in reasonable condition despite having a minor collision with a barbed wire fence two years ago. Having ridden around Australia being taken to USA for a 2 week trip of California and various Interstate trips, and local rides in Australia. They're showing signs of wear on the bottom of the leg, from scuffing on the ground etc, and being the Black Jeans, are starting to fade now. I bought another pair 6 months ago, for a long distance ride I was doing then. And they're just as good. Keep up the Great work on this product!

Being 40 years old and new to road riding, I’ve re-entered the sport with a very safety-conscious attitude. First thing I did having bought the bike was buy all the gear, including a pair of black Draggin cargo pants…. thankfully! I had a spill within the first 3 rides – I was being doubled at the time but that didn’t lighten the fall. I landed on my knee and rolled a number of times. Without the protection afforded by the Draggin cargo pants, my injuries would have been much greater. Needless to say I’m happy with the cargos – they’re also very comfortable to ride in, look smart and have lots of handy pockets! Cheers, Carmel.

Hi Fiona, I went on a 5 day ride two weeks ago around the Snowy mountains area. I wore my new Slix jeans everyday and I just wanted to say that they are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn on a bike.

I just wanted to say thanks for your making a great product. Unfortunately I put it to the test when I sailed over a car that did a hook turn in front of me. I'm OK - no broken bones just very sore, bruised and hobbling around the house but I'm getting better fairly quickly.

When I went to put an insurance claim in for my gear I noticed that despite landing heavily on my rear end and back the jeans barely had a scratch. Just a few pulled threads. They were in such reasonable condition that I didn't bother claiming for them because they are still alright and I've worn them most days for nine months.

Thanks very much for making a quality product and saving my skin literally. Keep making those jeans!
