Australian Shipping Details

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY:
Order before 2:00 pm AEST in metro areas, and your order will be racing to you in 2–5 business days.  There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old fashioned FREE freight.

New Zealand Shipping Details

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY:
All orders going to New Zealand zoom out with Australia Post Express Courier International. They usually land in 3–4 business days, but some lucky customers have seen theirs arrive as fast as overnight!

International Shipping Details

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Order before 2:00 pm AEST, and we’ll get your gear on its way. It usually lands in 3–10 business days depending on where you are in the world.

Not going to be home? Think your address isn’t super secure? No worries. Choose an alternative address for peace of mind for both local and international orders.

Customs & Duties

New Zealand Orders
Orders over NZD $175 may incur customs taxes in New Zealand. These charges are set by New Zealand customs we have no control over them and can’t predict what they’ll be.

International Orders
For all other international destinations, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These are set by your local customs office and are completely out of our hands.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • All customs and duty charges are paid by the customer when the order arrives.

  • Orders cannot be returned to sender if customs fees aren’t paid.

  • If you refuse to pay, your parcel may be abandoned and sadly, we can’t refund you if that happens.

  • We also cannot mark your order as a gift to avoid customs fees. It’s illegal, and we play by the rules.
