Draggin Returns Policy

We get it sometimes things don’t work out. If your order isn’t right, return it within 60 days in its original condition for a refund or store credit. Easy.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Email enquiries@draggin.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authority (RDR) number and instructions.

  3. Write the RDR number on your return so we can process it quickly.

  • Order the item you want.

  • Return the original with your RDR number.

  • We’ll refund you once it arrives.

Return Dealbreakers

To make sure your return is accepted:

  • Keep it fresh: no makeup, perfume, deodorant, or mystery smells.

  • Packaging matters: no tape, stickers, or damage - keep it as you got it.

  • Tags on, no damage: items must be unscuffed with tags attached.


Faulty Items & Warranty

  • Email us with your order number, description, and photos of the fault.

  • We’ll give you an RDR number before you return it.

  • Confirmed faults receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Draggin offers a 12-month warranty on manufacturer faults from the date of purchase.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by acid, chemicals, misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations.
