We get it sometimes things don’t work out. If your order isn’t right, return it within 60 days in its original condition for a refund or store credit. Easy.

Write the RDR number on your return so we can process it quickly.

Return Dealbreakers
To make sure your return is accepted:

Keep it fresh: no makeup, perfume, deodorant, or mystery smells.

Packaging matters: no tape, stickers, or damage - keep it as you got it.

Tags on, no damage: items must be unscuffed with tags attached.
Faulty Items & Warranty

Email us with your order number, description, and photos of the fault.

We’ll give you an RDR number before you return it.

Confirmed faults receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Draggin offers a 12-month warranty on manufacturer faults from the date of purchase.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by acid, chemicals, misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations.
